MI: Supervising Agency Report Card on DHS

I think that the info here should demonstrate the need to end the Title IV bureaucracy, please share with your politicians.

Supervising Agency Report Card

Public Act 172 of 1997, MCL 722.954d, requires DHS to publish an annual report card for each public and private child placing agency. The Report Card will include the following key performance factors:

  1. The number of children under an agency's care who have moved from one foster care placement to another
  2. The number of temporary court wards in out-of-home care for 0 - 11 months, 12 - 15 months, 15 - 24 months and more than 24 months by age
  3. Average length of time from termination of parental rights until adoptive placement for children under the age of 14 and children over the age of 14
  4. Number of sibling groups split in placement
  5. Number of children placed outside the county of jurisdiction
  6. Number of different caseworkers children have had
  7. Experience (length of time employed at that agency) of agency caseworkers
  8. Percent of finalized adoptions in the permanent ward population
