Juvenile Accountability Block Grant - Over one million dollars- Judge Gardner heads up- federal government has no outcomes for this money. Appears to be even more funding for the Juveniles.
Medical and Psychological evaluations- 3 million federal and 2 million state. This is another way people are making money. Psych evalsre are almost $700 a piece. this is a TANF funding also. It appears the corrupt funding come from TANF.
