Ohio Child Support Increases Coming!

Subject: Child Support Increases

I received official word today that Senator Shirley Smith from the Cleveland Ohio area has introduced a child support bill that will increase child support by 20%.

The bill number on this is SB292 and this bill is nothing but a massive money grab on the backs of support paying parents. Increases of this amount will result in $400 million in additional new dollars being collected by the state. This will provide $8 million in new poundage fees and nearly $200 million in additional federal incentives money to the state.

We must inform every Senator and representative in the state that we will not stand for this increased burden on the backs of parents that are already struggling under these difficult times.  Call them, write them, mail them and tell them "NO".

Call your own senators and representatives to let them know that you will not stand for this. Tell them that you will work to see to it that they are fired if they do.
