Where is the ACLU on the rights of parents to parent unless there is clear and convincing evidence of harm to the child?

This is a fine example of an innocent couple naively letting a government worker into their home, just to have the government worker damn them, convict them, and take away that which God had given them for a DISABILITY !?! This couple's crime was being blind. Another parent might not be smart enough, another parent may not be rich enough. Every day there are children and parents who are traumatized by the government workers and the courts. The sad fact is that is causing trauma to a child and loving parents. This trauma causes anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. It is a known fact that it impacts the functioning of the brain. Is this really a nation that you consider Christian? It reminds me more of Nazi Germany.
