MI: Father denied Parental Rights!
Court: New York dad has no rights to Michigan child Times HeraldWed, 19 Jan 2011 14:43 PM PST LANSING â A New York lawyer who is the biological father of a Michigan girl has lost a key court ruling in his attempt to get parentalrights.
Daniel Quinn in Flint, Mi.has the same problem. He is very active in trying to change this law. I will be filming him on sat. feb 19th at 11 am at WKTV studios.
